Cancellation Policy

Plans can change, and we understand that you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us.

To ensure a smooth process, we've established the following policy:

• Cancellation notice and fees: We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. To ensure fairness, we will abide by the same cancellation notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of your appointment fee.

• No-show fee: Missed appointments without prior notice result in a no-show fee of $50.

• Emergency situations: If unforeseen emergencies require a cancellation, don't hesitate to get in touch with us, and we'll work together to find a solution. Text, email, or call!

• Rescheduling or cancellation: To reschedule or cancel, please contact us promptly, and we'll accommodate your request based on availability.
